  • I've worked with these machines before. They work great. But advise wearing hearing protection. That sound made me want to scratch a chalk board in the bosses office.

  • Just uses ultrasonics for welding, no Heat or pressure? Thats very nice, I can think of numerous things for that machine. How thick of material will it weld?

  • Hi

    This welds on sound vibration only, no heat. It can weld 3/8 thick depending on other dimensions as well.
