Grenade Launcher headshot usually finish juggies pretty fast, but you must find a place where they will be the ones entering in your firing zone, for example the cross between two passages or the entrance of a room, that or you can shoot stab them in the zones with lesser armour of their bodies like the joint of their arms (I guess Sakuya can do that :D)
