I am not sure if it is fully ripe, as it isn't particularly sweet.

I use a potatopeeler and peel the mango, then I take a knife and slice the flesh off from the seed/core/pith and just eat it.. the bigger the better lol, much tastier :D

Thank you for the advice, Mike. I'd never had fresh mango before, and bought a couple out of curiosity. I made a bit of a mess, but it was completely worth it.. My girlfriend said it tasted like nectarine, and she was right.

there is another way to eat it cut it in 3 the middle part is the seed and the two other sides or as we call it cheek is you have to use a spoon to it like shoveling it until its gone

Have you tried to smoke some pot about one hour after eating a mango? If not, try it on. It'll give you a decent boost since there is high amounts of myrcene found in both mango and marijuana. Or you can just ignore this comment if you're one of those anti-cannabis guys.
