shawn johnson is very good... i believe nastia Liukin is better... and nadia chomenchi- i know wrong spelling. some people disagree about nadi but the equipment is different.. nadia's floor had no springs. the vault was different. the beam was wood and slippery not suede. and the bars were closer together making the skills different.

there is nothing new in gymnastics ...... just a couple of flips and they cant even do them on hard floor (without spring of fiber matress).......martial arts tricking is the ultimate that u can do even on hard floor with same speed and jump height ..... they are way better and creative rather than gymnastics where u have simple flips nothing extra.....
