Nope, all it does is take off all the DLC patches or add ons that are required. This means the glitches that were taken out are put back in. ur GS will only suffer if u complete an achievment offline, cause it wont transfer to XBOX live. After:

S- 10 P-7 E-10 C-1 I-10 A- 9 L-4

then the last two i have left will go to getting + 6 DT and rechargeable health. 1 hp every 10 sec.

all of those is...48,000 caps :)

I have removed patches but i think because i have already saved game with patches it's still patched, do i need to start the game again to do this glitch?

Ive done "they went that a way", and "my kind of town" quest, but still the casino is closed. Nobody's even in there? Any help?

@zezimaeyepimp The casino doesn't re-open straight away. After completing 'My Kind Of Town' wait/sleep three days and go back into the casino to see an encounter with a woman called Layla. Your actions during the encounter seem to be irrelevant (you can choose to pay a toll of 100 caps or attack them for a fairly easy fight)

After this, exit and wait/sleep another three days and the casino should be open for business.
