This is the first time I've heard of Battles, and when I originally listened to this I was confused. But I kind of get it now.

These guys are experimenting with music and making some really cool stuff, if you don't like it, you don't have to listen.

As for the video, I think it's mostly just highlighting how different men and women are by showing contrasting things to stand for the different sexes. Balloon/cactus, high heels/slippers, pizza/cake. As for the ice cream... I have no fucking idea.
