  • Please tell me the only things you have on that car is heads, cam, exhaust, intake, and opti adjust!.. I have a 94 lt1 vette and to hear I can run in tens with just that would make me a very happy guy!

    yeaa not so much lol......the car wasnt set up to well converter wise and suspension when it ran this run but it still trapped 128.....anyway no the car is a 385c.i. stroker with 13.9:1 compression a reallllyyy good set of heads a big solid roller cam and a fast xfi.....motor makes peak power at 7450 and pulls to 8100......new converter pushed the car to a 10.38 @132 so far hunting for the 9's now..........

    my old 355 went 11.4 @121 in this car it was a stock bottom end with forged pistons 11.2:1 CR , trick flow heads, and a hydraulic roller cam with stock ecm and a ported intake.......thats prob around where you would end up.....maybe a bit quicker cause ur a vette and ur lighter........of course there are agressive setups you can do to get to the 10's.......

  • @quik95lt1.. Yah Id still be happy with high 11's with a not so extreme setup like that.. I don't race much and I don't really know the true potential of these motors yet so I'm still prety happy to hear this cause last I heard that is far better times than a c6 corvette.

  • What kinda power did it put down and on what dyno? I've also got a 95 m6 with ai 200cc stock castings. stayed with hyd roller setup and only made 425 406 to the ground.. ended up breaking an exhaust spring on the no 1 and dropped the valve. currently re-doin it all..going with a better bottom end (callies & mahle) and will more than likely do their jesel solid setup. thanks for any help or tips on getting this thing right.

  • @Pajboy2785 The opti is modified. I've got a MSD Magnetic Crank trigger for the signal so all the opti is doing is actually sending the spark.....all thats left inside the optispark is the cap and rotor.

  • 8000rpm actually but whos counting lol? it made peak at 7400 and flat usable power till 7900-8000

  • the cam is a custom AI Solid Roller 25x/26x .7xx lift its got a stock opti with a msd cap and rotor and crank trigger...its got hoosier 28x10 15 slicks on it and a dana s60 w a locker and 4.56's

  • sorry i wont be able to give u the full spec.....it is a solid roller however though

  • That's a NICE setup! Are you running the AI 200 cc LT1 setup, or are you running the TFS AI heads? How big is the cam? I have AI's smog legal setup and I'm about a full second slower!

  • Thanks!!! I'm runnin the AI 215cc TFS heads with a SR Competition Package. The cams in the 25x/26x  .7xx range. I was fighting alot of problems all year, hoping to see its real potential in this upcomming season.

    i got a 95 z28 with stock crank stock heads forged rods forged pistons going to port and polish the heads and intake but i got a 544 and 555 cam and a 3500rpm stall but im lost on the injector size i need and computer upgrades o yeah i got the pacesetter long tube without egr headers and 373 posi 10 bolt

    wonder what it will run?
