nah man. you came up with a very poor definition about atheism. First of all, atheists does NOT believe in non-existence of god. Atheists are the most willing people to accept truth and at the same time they are most flexible to believe in god if there is ever an evidence.

it doesn't take faith to be an atheist as they have 'lack of faith' in god and it does not "take faith to believe that the orgin of life did NOT derive from a Supreme Creator" simply because it's not what atheism is about.
