The music is beautiful but unfortunately he can not tune his voice.

I'd rather hear the cd version or "the bad plus" version.

It is kind of a beautiful apocalypse. This is what I love about the Lips. Their music is about inner chaos, but yet they make it so beautiful.

i would love to see just the 3 of them live. i dunno why but it is just the people who i tend to consider the flaming lips right there. everyone involved is a part of the sound, but these just seem to be the one's that strike me with their brilliance the most.

I saw this tour live!! It was incredible.. The screen behind them was sick. I couldn't tell if the drummer was there or not. Was he behind the screen?

There was no drummer it was a recording. The band was a four peace act with the gent you see playing the guitar and keyboards playing the drums. The guitar player left so the drummer took over his role. Now without a drummer they decided to utilize recordings.

Thank you for the psychedelic reference. I, too, have many wonderfully beautiful memories of the Flaming Lips while tripping. Sometimes I just want to cry when listening to them. Truly beautiful music and experiences.

Simply because it's been around for so long, and appears on almost all traders lists. However it has always been in crappy multi-generated looking VHS or a DVD of that VHS. This looks really good.
