This is true unless you're peddling a specific agenda that depends on portraying yourself as the victim of an unjust system. By claiming Obama is racist against whites, for example, you make lack of access a positive. But that only serves part of the audience. The more "neutral" outlets need that access.

If you are a congressman, are you going to do an interview that will ask you real, hard questions without pre-approval, or the one that is going to keep throwing softballs and show you in the best light possible? By the way, Alan Colmes works for Roger Ayles. His show is syndicated on many Fox owned radio stations. (as is Ed Schultz.) Cenk's views are not essentially the same as Soros'. If you look at policy papers written by both which are a matter of public record and compare and contrast them, you will see that. It's plain as day.

@studentofsmith Almost there. Here's what you are missing. The news media depends on access. IF you can't get an interview with the president, then you will lose viewers to the outlets that can. This is true unless you're peddling a specific agenda that depends on portraying yourself as the victim of an unjust system. By claiming Obama is racist against whites, for example, you make lack of access a positive. But that only serves part of the audience. The more "neutral" outlets need that access.

1) Bush had experience in governance prior to becoming president, Obama had none.

2.What "new war"? It's the same war we've been fighting for last 7 years. It's just being emphasized now. The provocation is that bin liden is being hidden by the Taliban which are showing a resurgence along the Afghan and Pakistan border. Plenty of provocation.
