I think that the goth tag depends on the era and album. 17 Seconds through Pornography are, in my humble opinion, goth. On the other hand, no goth band would do something so ballsy as name an album Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me. Some are up in the air like Dissintegration. The whole image though, is kind of goth iconic though.
