On your way to Treasure Trove Cove, you pass a pipe. Jump on this pipe, then high jump on it and you'll land in a hole. Enter the new room, then go to your right and beak bust a switch to raise platforms, jump to the platforms then jump to the next until you're in front of the entrance. Good luck!

This brings back so many memories! I had to ask my sister for help cause it was so dang hard but yet very fun. When I first tryed the level when I first saw Clanker It scared me a lot I was like "What the hell is that!??" Banjo Kazooie was the best game on the Nintendo 64...
