The love triangle is the core part of the story. By now I've read the 9 first books and all in all I still can't say whom I would prefer Sookie to end up with. What is sure is that I prefer the show to the books (sorry Charlaine...) but I enjoyed both.

wtf his creator was his lover.. its not the same as being a mom. Lorena create Bill so he became her companion. She chose Bill out of all the other deserted soldiers because she knew Bill has the integrity that others dont have and she want a man-vampire for herself thats why she created Bill. So bill was programed to love Lorena... but he just love Sookie more.. but we all know Lorena is there somewhere

In the show she doesn't get together with Eric. I think people are starting to get confused. In the show Eric is very different, for one thing Eric was willing to let Longshadow, another vampire, kill Sookie, because he didn't think that the life of any human was worth killing a vampire for. Even a very bad vampire. Bill saved her in the nick of time as Eric watched. Is that someone you wuld date? Not me.
