hey. good job. try not to pause very long at the top of your knee raise. also, try to keep your striding foot perpendicular to home plate as long as possible. you want your foot to turn at the last second. that helps keep all your elastic energy in to be released when you throw
i like the hips they keep moving foward toward the plate.
