It's not speeded up. At the beginning of the video deadly poison is on 17:31, at the end its at 13:55. The video lasts 3:37 minutes (in realtime minutes/seconds) so 17:31-3:37 = 13:54 which is only a 1 second difference with the buff timer at the end.

It shows DoTs and Cooldowns that you should know in order to gain maximum DPS.
As an elemental shaman, I need to keep my Flame Shock up at all time while using my LvB whenever I can.
So Lava burst (LvB) is my 'cooldown', while FS is the dot.

EventHorizon just keeps track of your DoTs (Damage over time) so they can maintain ~100% up time.
It does not play your character, just shows you when their about to run out..
