hey what is happening here ? Can someone explain the story of the last battle to me?

@FriendofNarnia Very, nice, I wish your movie would be like the one Walton and media will make. They will most likely take most of the action out of the book to squeeze into a 2 hour time limit, which..... Would be bad. This is my favorite book in the Chronicles.

So far, the 3 that are released are about 2-3 years apart so the latest "The Last Battle" will be released will probably be 2022. I'm just guessing though. I could be wrong.

@StefanusBoby Nope. The fourth Narnia will probably be either "The Silver Chair" or "The Magician's Nephew". Filmmakers are still trying to decide which of the books to do next. "The Last Battle" will be the last (and most epic) of the films they make for the Narnia series. Check out the books. I personally think them better than LOTR...

@Hannahcat1113 So? The Last Battle barely has any of the Pevensies or Caspian. And the silver Chair has Caspian ;) The Horse and his Boy has Susan Lucy and Edmund. Believe they are Pevensies. ;) And Edmund doesn't make or break a commercial. It was great. Even without him. Narnia isn't all about Edmund, ya know.

Thing is it's debatable whether they'll show it in its full rendition. It talks about "the dark skinned men from the east" of course if it goes ahead there will be threats of suicide bombs i'm sure, just like there was when Salman Rushdie got a knighthood.

@AzulaLover1 You don't actually see them die, Aslan tells them that they died. And that they would live forever in his country. IF you hated the ending, i really don't think you have read the Narnia chronicles at all

@JimmiEatCookie I have read it all well sorta I have it all on video so I can listen to it and I know all the stories but I didn't pay much attention to the lastbattle I found it boring I liked it less when I found out Susan wasn't there and I didn't listen to what the ending was but I read about the ending and I hate it I mean they didn't just kill such beloved characters but they also killed them in a stupid way saying that they died from a crash on the train I mean really how stupid

5th=2013 or 14 6th=2015 or 16 and last atleast late 2018 but they might put hard work on the last and might hav 2 parts like harry potter but that last HP book was long.

@koralbchh Everyone except Susan died in the train accident. Susan was not on the train, so she lived. She did not join them in the New Narnia at once, and C.S. Lewis left it up to us to speculate whether she turned back to Aslan after their deaths and ended up in the New Narnia after her death, or whether she turned away and did not join them after death. @FriendofNarnia that was REALLY GOOD... As a screenwriter at 17, I see some really good potential in that. I'm familiar with the acts and screenplay format. That's what was missing (format) but other than that GOOD JOB! =), I've done a screenplay format of "The Last Battle" for fun purposes, but my hopes are to finish college and get a degree in filmmaking to 'might' be able to help in that development, or simply, if no one does it, make the Horse and his boy. Keep up the good work!

@Lpkwestern that's awesome! I've considered becoming a filmmaker just for the purpose of making the rest of the Narnia movies, but that doesn't seem very plausible. My biggest problem with a lot of moviemakers and directors is that they deviate too much from the book. The books did well for a reason. :P Thanks for the comment!
