  • ossu... kyokushin karate is real martial arts

  • Fabrication is shame.

    watch?v=hix9SGnUz58

    and find out Koreans plagiarism.

    Vean kumite jka.

    Gracias por mostrar estos videos.

    OSS.

  • @aaatilio Shotokan no és lucha!!

    Vean kumite jka.

    Gracias por mostrar estos videos.

  • hey, you can actually be attacked by unarmed guys! it depends on where you live,

and on the reason of the attack, if it-s a robbery they will likely armed (but not always with guns), but ifit is only

a discussion ended badly martial arts are useful, besides a long stick (like a broom)

can be very useful against a single attacker with a knife , or even a leather jacket

  • Karate-do is a marcial art but also a way of life... Karate can be used in all circunstance...and Karate.do is not just a cultural thing is a sport but also a mortal weapon when you know how to use it...You cant say that there is an original Karate.do style...all of them are original and they come from the same bases...

    I'm a black belt 1rst dan and i practice Karate-do Shotokan

''I come to you only whit Karate and my only weapons are my empty hands.''

  • KARATE ES MEJOR QUE tkd wakala!!!!!!!!!!

  • Someone "perhaps an armchair warrior" kept coming into Shtokan forums and boasting how Kyokoshin is the only real art, only real KO's in Kyokoshin, Shotokan only stuns. What nonsense! I have watched a number of Kyokoshin videos, saw no clean KO's, that I have in Shotokan, I am sure Kyokoshin is just as capable, however! The differences are interesting, sparing distance, and steeling the abdomen, etc. Statements in middle I agree with. Respect, absolutely! That guy had none. Regards.

  • @mindstrom10 No nos interesa, maleducado.

  • osu!!!

  • I love Karate

    buen video OSU!

(un cinturon marron de karate kyokushin)

  • Great job on the video ;)

  • you are street figthers with Karate uniforms!

  • Kyokushin is one of the strongest style of karate do'

    Yeah' smack it'

Karate do is still the best discipline'

  • @TheShotokanryu , Karate is better than Taekwondo , but traditional Karate styles has some bad tecniques . I preffer not traditional Karate named " Super Karate "

  • My teacher in Karate is Johnny Lee smith, you should look him up. He once was on a T.V Show caled WMAC Masters.

  • como se llama la cancion? what is the name of the song of rammstein??

  • @negrocs

    ramstein - feuer frei

    =)

    saludos..

  • whats the name of this song on 1:31

  • @erain14 It's 'Fier Frei!' by Rammstein, from the album 'Mutter'.

  • OSU!!! from Spain

  • And if any of these guys were taught: "keep your hands up! yes....even when you'r attacking KEEP YOU HANDS UP!!!" as you are day 1 of muay thai....they wouldn't be on the ground so much ROFL!!!

  • Not to have a go at mauy thai, it's a fantastic martial art, but karate and taekwondo have a default middle section guard because they expect an attack to the middle. If it wasn't for the invention of gloves, you couldn't have all these haymakers to the head because you'd probably break your hand; the front two knuckles are hard but they're a tiny area and in a fight, with both you and your opponent moving around, it's very easy to misjudge a punch by millimetres and hurt yourself.

  • That's why boxing was safer before gloves were introduced, there were more attacks to the torso.

  • I apologize for my ignorance, that makes 100% Mic and I appreciate the feedback. I have a friend who teaches Tae Kwan Do and he says that style is "like a chicken fight" (*emphasis on advancing & parrying/retreating vs circling a ring). I'll admit, I am very biased toward Muay Thai because of its all around flexibility; which even includes stand up grappling depending on your discipline.

  • OSU!!! From Italy

  • 4.9 fuck that has to hurt alot

  • whats the name of the symfonic metal band ?????

  • Rhapsody, now called Rhapsody of Fire.

  • Osu from Serbia!

  • thanks for this video ive been in a debate on an art to train in and find its full potential when i was younger i was wrestling, muay thai, juijistu for mma but i to study something and have an understanding for a true art is my true purpose now thanks again for the video

  • Rhapsody o.o?

  • si claro has practicAQDO MAS Q BRUCE LEE NO TE CREO NI LA MITAD DE LO QUE DICES

  • comishate and fideo con papa

  • godori garami toshy more ok? hi

  • excelent work !

  • It said Karate aint good vs a knife or gun.

Well it depends how far away the gun man is.

In my dojo they teach you to defend vs knife and gun.

But of course, if someone stands 50 metres

away and fires at you it aint much you can do. Awesome video though.

    OSU!

  • Against a gun, there is almost nothing you can do unless the gunman lets you stand an armlength away from him ( 80 cm?). And even then you have to face a doped up slow mo.

  • This is Karate Do? This is Kyokushin?

You must show the Respect, the Humilty and the Philosophy. You have show only the improve of capacities.

    Sorry the bad englich.

    OSU!

  • Agree, kyokushin first of all is a fight with youself.

    Knokout aren't main at all

  • @cesarsensei Your English is quite good from what I see. Take Care.

  • @rsmaster700 What the hell are you saying? I have to tell you 1 thing KARATE DO is the way of the empty hand and in the karate there's alot of styles the original styles come from Okinawa and the most traditionals are Goju Ryu and Shorin Ryu if you are practicing shotokan you are practicing 1 style of karate but not the only and original karate (Sorry if i wrote something wrong thats because I'm spanish)

    I practice Kyokushinkai

  • @ZenWarrior5 no you are wrong.

first:karate do is the most original because it is the FIRST karate style ever

second:yes i know there is a huge variety of karate styles (about 62 i think)

third:THATS WHAT I TOLD YOU-KARATE DO IS THE WAY OF THE EMPTY HAND

  • Nice compilation, OSU!

  • RHAAAPSSOOODYYYYY!!!!

  • great actions! I luv it:] osu!!

  • I disagree with the knife and burgler comment... I myself can take on three people larger than me, and just as well trained as me and still win. To quote:

"I've been trained to fight as one against a group, but not all groups have been trained to fight against one."

What it means is that just because you have numbers isn't an asset if you can't use them properly. If it's five on one, and the five people keep getting in each others way then the one person can take them all down.

  • I agree with the knife thing

  • cool Amibop wat training do u do in order to fight 3 ppl and which part do u punch or kcik? cause i always been bullied by like 3-5 ppl everyday so can u tell me pls thx i will appreaciate it .

  • One of the instructors at my school used to be a police officer, so he basically gives us drills to do that help us out. Such as breaking and avoiding grapples, going from one target to the next as quickly as possible, and using the most decisive moves available. I don't kick as much against multiple opponents, so much as I use knee strikes, and elbow strikes. It takes a little practice, but it's not too hard to learn.

  • so when u fight right amibop u always or mostly pnuch or kcik more? and which 1 is more effective? thx man i really apprecaite it

  • I prefer punches, as they don't compromise your balance like a kick does. However, kicks make good finishes to a combo, if nothing else.

  • so in a parry right must u slap thier hands downwards or sidewards? thx man and is it better than blocking

  • Both questions depend on a lot of factors. Blows to the torso are normally knocked off to the side. Blows to the face are knocked up, and blows to the lower body are usually knocked down.

I like to think it's better than blocking, but it depends on the practictioner. A boxer or big person, for example would be better off blocking, than parrying, but a karate user or smaller person would be better off parrying.

  • hahaha k thx bro but 1 thing htis is wat i do is it correct? FOr the face and torso i parry downwards so can it still be done? thx

  • I think it can be done for the torso. It's harder with the face though, because you're knocking it towards your chest/throat.

  • thx man i really appreaciate the ttips u hv given me. So 1 more final question, in the downward parry right? must ur hand parry down 90 degree vertically or diagonally downwards? thx man ur the best

  • Diagonally, I'd think. It helps absorb the impact on your own arm, and it's more natural.

  • nice video.. watch my video, ive got some same clips but some other too.

  • I Love karate <3

  • When asked about Krav maga, my japanese kyokushin instructor responded: "Why Krav maga? If my opponent has knife, I give wallet." Made sense to me.

  • wait so a karteka that can fight 4 other karateka at the same time cant take 4 untrained burglars??? even 4 guys armed with knives can still be defeated by a karateka as long as he was trained in a practical self defense form of karate like shotokan kyokushin is mainly for sport which i am sad to say but its true :(

  • Well it also depends on the knife ;), I mean if it's a big freaking buck knife and htey all got one of those, RUN MAN!!! RUN!!! That's the best thig if your a fast runner lol.

  • And o ya, hey maybe you should've read better. "Most students" aren't capable of going up against those things, that didn't mean everyone who oes martial arts, I for one have defended myself form a knife with my martial arts.

  • U talk of karate like it's useless and then post karate fights? What's wrong with u? Plus, it ain't the style or anything that matters in a fight or a self defense scenario. Any martial art can be useless or devastating. It all depends on the person using it.

Also, to the assholes who say MMA (Particularly BJJ) would pwn Karate or Kung Fu, or any other such arts, then what the fuck u know? That's just like saying a bear could beat a gorilla in a fight! It all depends on the person.

  • nice work man!!! And cool music...

  • You are right; Karate is a poor defense against armed assilants

YEP, ASK BRUCE LEE.... Master of Master and he's dead. Killed by a non-martial arts master.

  • Umm, dude bruce lee died of an acoma...

  • @PaintballerM4 no, el ingirió cocaina y murio =(

  • Yeah! Very few people, if at all, ever beat him in a fight.

  • Osu! Osu!

  • visit kyokushinshrine

  • You are right; Karate is a poor defense against armed assilants. And the same applies for tanks, piranhas and thermonuclear devices.....

But you fail to recognise that the benefits are not merely in strength and technique, but foremost in understanding and developing your charater, thus enablind you to avoid such conflicts.

And do produce some content of your own in stead of just leeching and resubmitting?

  • Karate-do... has no such narrow ideal as the winning of championships. Human progress in the art is like climbing a series of stairs or steep steps. As the mind and body grow together, the student moves continuously onward and upward, one step at a time. Even when the body declines, there is still another step ahead in the seeking of chracter perfection. Until the day you die, the process is endless, because no one is perfect, but we can all become a little better if we keep trying."

  • The purpose of Karate-do (the "way" of karate) is to achieve perfection of character

  • "The purpose of Karate-Do is to train for your whole life to become the most perfect person you can be! When you reach that goal, you feel the true value of Karate-Do. I am here to study Karate-Do, for it brings great meaning to my life!"

  • One of the most beautiful aspects of karate-do training is that it is not necessary to fully comprehend the philosophy behind the practice to successfully practice it. If the instruction is correct and proper, imparted with a fundamental respect and good manners, the students will learn far more by doing karate than by any intellectual effort to understand. Ultimately we must pursue both, but the physical training is the foundation for all understanding

  • Wow what a nice video

    OSU

  • i know a KK master can easily beat down 4 normal people, but you have to consider that not the 100% of the KK black belts can do that. To become a master you have to spend most of your life in karate, and most people just practice sport-karate, not really in a serious way.Thats how i can say "and against 4 bugglars unarmed is only effective in hollywood",maybe i had to put also " but if you are a KK master just own them" or something like that, well at least its my point of view.

  • well let me try, 80% of the ko's r with jodan mawasi geri. a few mai geri, kakato otoshi, ushiro mawashi geri, do-mawashi geri, thats about it..., karate is not effective against gun, i agree. but if u know kyokushin karate, u'll also know its mainly consited of fight n for kk expert, its fairly easy to knockout a normal person. so 4 ppl against 1 kk expert, souldn't be so tough, if the opponents r only armed with knife.

  • Nice Treaser!

    Congratulations...
