  • I love the 1.5 lab! I think what annoys me most about the lab in 2, is the optional things. The moth fight and fingerprint keyboard are optional, and that sucks because I like the moth. I love that you knifed it to death! lol.I look forward to seeing more because I've been watching your videos since you were working with Elza's skin in RE2, and really love to see updates from you. I am curious about the man spider though, do we know if it was meant for the lab only or if it was like Mr. X?

  • Thank you very much for the kind words mate, I'm doing my best for the sake of all of us :)! Fortunately about 90% or more of the lab area can be recreated properly so expect new updates on that area soon!

  • I know I say this every video you upload, but I cant help it. You are doing a great fucking job, and your skills are amazing. I love to see your videos and how well your room boundaries are combined with the 1.5 sounds / animations and that great inventory screen you put together. Great upload ! =)

A feedback of a person who watched this project evolving is always appreciated and thanks to peple like you I know that this project has a meaning for hardcore RE fans that don't like how specific gamening company scrapped a rare gem that would've probably been one of the best survivor horror games ever made.

  • @therealmrox2 yeah. its pretty good. it would be a lot more awsome if he used Resident Evil 1 and 3 zombie moans and pain sounds

  • Actually, the soundsets i use are 1.5 zombie moans ripped from various 1.5 trailers. It's not possible to make a 100% zombie soundset that way because the soundset system used in 1.5 varies from the one used in retail BH 2 (eg. in 1.5 the zombie moans everytime it gets shot while in retail BH 2 it doesn't). I don't see how using RE 1/3 zombie moans over original 1.5 moans could improve this project (care to explain the idea a little more?), but I'm always open for suggestions :).

  • @SeiyaK0u I see my few zombie moans came in good use. Please do not stop this project. We need this as our last 1.5 hope.

  • nice work man, are you planning on linking all the rooms together that go together THAT you've made already.

  • At some point I did but I scrapped the idea seeing how people complained about the basement area not being linked properly so now I'm working on the corridors that will make recreating almost the whole lab area possible.

  • You need to fix the boundaries and the perspectives because you just jump further into the corridor in some parts.

  • I know what you're reffering to, this happens because most of the original 1.5 corridors were longer then their retail counterparts and the rooms had more/less cameras, which makes them impossible to port 100% accurately without adding new camera changing points (Zones) and Custom Cameras - there's currently no tool that allows adding/deleting the Zones/Custom Cameras. The issue will be fixed once a solution is found, so don't worry ;).

  • love these videos and love the work that youve done so far, ive always wanted to play 1.5 and was always let down that it would never be released, and your doing it is a dream come true. Really cant wait to play it, any chance theres a download out or comming out so can play this updated version?

  • Thanks for the kind words mate :)! Well, considering the Lab area is the final area of the game it would kinda spoil the final relese of my mod if I released this part earlier, but who knows... ;)
