PIkachu kills cloyster & i use it to battle his LEVEL 65 JOLTEON somehow managed to paralyze it but it was killing me with pin missile.

knowing I have charizard for backup i use my last potion on pikachu & i try to end it with thunders.

When pikachu is on 20 hp i manage to use a mega kick to beat jolteon!

As awesome as it can be for anyone who's played the game, this music is designed to ramp up the exitement when you can do nothing but watch the enemy hp slowly slide to the left, praying it'll reach zero. gosh last time i fought him in pokemon red, it was a JOKE!

all my pokemon were level 39 - 41 except for mew who was level 47.

only my pidgeot level 39 was left and mew left with little health and paralyzed.

i was like "pish posh im not even trying lol!" and he used sand attack, growl, tail whip in that exact order OVER AND OVER AGAIN and i eventually killed it off with quick attack and i beat the pokemon league JUST LIKE THAT.

Out of all the rivals in all of the pokemon games I've played I have to say this bastards the best rival out of them all. I mean he lived up to the word RIVAL. What other rivals even made it past the champion? None! Silver went into hiding in some stupid cave in Kanto while you fought the champin an in ruby/ saphire the bitch gave up on it halfway through the game. Red is in fact Ash, but Ash is from the Anime, and Red is from the Pokemon Adventures (The Games)

Why Red is stood on top of Mt Silver doing nothing I will never know.

Blue is Red's Rival in the Pokemon Adventures, but Gary Oak is Ash's rival in the Anime.

According to Manga, Blue is actually Green, who is most definitely true as Green is the Viridian Gym leader.

Red is the main character of the first pokemon games R/B/Y.

Ash is the main character of the anime and is "loosely" based on Red thus him being Red's anime counterpart.

The Pokemon anime shows Ash and his ventures although the manga which features the trainer Red, "Pokemon Adventures" is about the characters of the games starting with the RED BLUE AND GREEN GAMES from there it goes into YELLOW and onward

@vendavalfx Blue is only his name in the US version because Nintendo screwed up the translation back in GSC. His actual name is Green, which is why he is the leader of VIRIDIAN city gym and the interior has a green carpet. Blue is of course the girl from the manga.

the rival from the games is not named gary. Gary is from the tv show. The rival from red and blue is called blue/green, depending on your preference. When you fight him in veridian city, it says leader BLUE, not gary. blue=/= gary
