You are clearly not a linguist, so please stop talking about languages. Punjabi, Hindi (Khariboli), Maithili, and Bhojpuri all have the same origin. Bengali is also related, but it is definitely not from Maithili. It belongs to a different subgroup within the Indo-Aryan languages.
