As for activating convoy missions... shee Iunno, just do some regular missions first and keep trying til ya get it.

Pretty much an old computer with only the video card changed. I considered buying more RAM, but I figured it's better to save up and just buy the parts for a monster gaming rig later.
You can unlock all the weapon's at the very begining of the game. Just do the side mission's the guy in the armory gives and then you can unlock all the weapon's so you don't waste diamond's on crappy gun's.
