Its ok it invest your hard earned money and get your name on a Homeland Security list. They'll be more than happy to spend it for you. The IMF always needs money for nothing made from nothing. Energy made from nothing is harder to collect interest on.

The only think i am not quite sure about is why you need so much money for building equiptment when even you yourself said that most of the past inventions were built in home garages etc. ??

Because there are more than one design for these things. There is no 1 model or design now is there??
Anyone can get a generator up and running using N50 Magnets to drive it. But if you want advanced machines to provide for a city, then you need cash. Got it??
