You're right. Demver was a joke after losing 3 super bowls and firing Reeves and Phillips. They were around a .500 team before hiring Mike as the head coach and he's the one who installed the system that got them back to the playoffs and won them those back to back super bowls against a defending Champion in Green Bay and an upstart in Atlanta.
