the whole point of this is to learn it yourself not for sombody to put it in a nutshell for you to nicley use as a product although that would be nice and valuable ,but its the fact you learn the process used against you ,but there is no nutshell, in my opinion youd have to know what your doing to even consider putting it in to practise ,but its good to learn but its alot of study over time

this is all nice and good, but what i want to know is why, if this information and the commercial redemption process is the true way, then why wont these people help to educate people on HOW to file the proper paperwork and WHAT the proper paperwork IS, instead of vaguely saying one or 2 docs they filed and claim all these wins HUGE wins at that, with no case law to mention for their own case. personally, i would bring in as many a possible, not confuse everyone. strength in numbers.

@thered702 nobody is saying this "is the the true way" and if "these people" do not appear to be sharing their experiences for the benefit of all with no expectations of reward, then i humbly suggest you retract your head from where the sun doesn't shine and conduct your own research, rather than complaining that "these people" have not presented you with the answers on a silver platter.

@thered702 namaste, my friend, you misunderstand my position. i only say, at least give some people a place to look. and i am fmotl. i have done my research. i am working on` many things right now, all of which consist of getting the word out. commercial redemption is my area of study right now, and no. NOT shrout's approach or tim turner's. im taking the approach laid out IN the ucc. i do this BECAUSE i do my own research. just saying its difficult to sift through disinfo. give people a start.
