Thank you so much for posting this simple & powerful technique. It has helped me in moments when I everything going wrong around me. Just few minutes doing this exercise has lifted me to another state of peace and harmony and I came to the understanding that perhaps by armonizing me things change around me, as what surround us just respond to whatever vibes we send them.
