When you take a bag, and push and pull on the back, the guinea pig goes to make sounds. I saw a couple of movies and i saw it happen, and my guinea pig does the same.

Also if she'd hear a bang sound she'd make a weird puring gering sound, my mother said she'd do that if she felt scared. also one question has anyone ever had your piggie on chest and they dig at you? my rabbit did it 2

@dewshinoda It was funny I had my rabbit sitting on my chest and I lay my head back for a sec and I feel him clawing at my chest with both his paws he'd even done it on my legs too it was funny tho. my mother's guinea pig kinda did it but only with one paw but only scratched once and did her normal talking lol ^_^ :( (RIP) I hope to get another oneday or two since they do get lonely in a cage when not held but btw cute piggys ,,\/, ^_^

This has brought back very good memory's of may hungrey bunch (36 in total) rescued adults and orphans . I miss having them and all lived to good ages betwween 10 and 15 years old. just can not afford to rehome unwanted pets. but if you get the chance to take in a unwanted GP do it. i find they give back so much more love as they have missed out and know a good home when they get it . Yes, they do squeak uncontroablly when they are hungry, mainly when they hear a bag crumple; it sets them off. Especially when you open their bag of food, then they really go crazy because they can smell it; they have excellent noses. Trust me, I'm voice of expierience having had 8 guinea pigs total but not all at once. Hope this helps! :)

Mine does this too, whenever we make salad, because she knows she'll get a carrot or tomato while we work. If she doesn't get a treat, she'll keep up the squealing until she does! We must love her, because we've tolerated it for almost 5 years.

They are very cute and friendly animals. If you keep them clean, they won't stink. If you feed them, they won't scream. They love humans to hold them. In fact, when they feel happy in humans arms, they make a sweet noise. Very lovely and noble pets. I have one myself.

You've definately got no knowledge of guinea pigs. Mine are the most affectionate things in the world, never have i ever been bitten by them. And they don't smell if their correctly taken care of. Nor are they annoying or ugly. So once you've gotten some guinea pig insight, reply, but until then, quit being such a douche. =]
