I Don't understand why they have it in death matches in tlad but not in free mode.

BTW the annihilator is now the ultimate way to win a deathmatch in tlad lol.

Another way to get Annihiliator is to go to the airport, and there you will find a parked one. and you only have to steal it ! :)

borrow it off a friend (or rent the game) then install it to your hard drive, it should play enough to recognise the disc even if it is scratched, then just play it from your hard drive.

i think they fixed this glitch or something the Helicopter just goes around the building and never flies over it

No this still works I still do it all the time. you have to lead the helicopter over ontop of the building before you run and hide
