Besides, they were showing Scott being "human" here, and thus suceptible to the same kind of rage Wolvie would show over a stolen love. Hell, in your clip, even BEAST, traditionally the calmest, most pragmatic X-Man went, quote Jubilee, "beserk" when the F***ed with his WOMAN.

@devidfrank Sinister is highly regenerative and his form is extremely durable, though he IS susceptible to physical damage and pain from unique weapons [like adamantium] and particular wavelengths of energy...in truth, Scotts optic blasts, which are really more concussive force blast [think giant, hyperfast battling rams or shock granades] as oppossed to explosive, corrosive, radioactive or burning energy are the ONLY energy blast that did him serious physical damage in this series.

This was actually a really good sequence... the animation is especially good, everyone is drawn really well and the way they move is neat. The action is exciting and I love that last surprise with Morph. And Mr. Sinister is just cool.
