Thank you for this video. I am very concerned I have IBS, since have very abnormal diarreha, cramps, gas, and bloating, and I was wondering if IBS was a possibility. Now I know that it's possible that I could have IBS, though I don't know for sure. But still, thank you SO much for this video.

try HCl betaine it could be due to low stomach acid. it helped me :)

google it and see if it applies to you.

i was EXTREMELY bloated whenever i ate. and the betaine HCl helped me. all it does is help create more pepsin in your stomach which helps digest food properly, instead of it going staright to the abctiera in our guts and causing bloating and light coloured stools.

@ladyphat85 It`s true that every now and than this happens to everyone ,but what the doctor is talking about is a domination of your quality of life while you are doing nothing wrong in your diet. IBS is a proven condition and you can read lots of medical literature about it . I myself have IBS and Crohn`s disease and i have to fight it every day and it doesnt matter what i eat or drink at some times the symptoms stay no matter what i do. With friendly regards - Theo
