With the help of your video, I was thinking to develop a hybrid wind generator. Lack of vertical turbines is that they do not work with very little wind. Lack of horizontal that they go wrong when a strong wind, ie a growing burden on the entire system.
We should do so designed that at a certain force winds topple windmill and turned into a vertical turbine. And when the wind was reduced back to its original position.

THE TWO OUTER SHELLS OF THE CEILING FAN MOTOR HAD A INDUCTION RING. I THREW IT AWAY AND FILLED UP THE THE REMAINING SPACE WITH NEOs FROM WAL-MART. THIS IS SINGLE PHASE SO YOU PUT Ns IN THE PLACE WHERE YOU SEE THE COILS WRAPPED AND THEN Ss DIRECTLY BETWEEN THEM. SUPER GLUE THEM AND STACK THEM TILL THE GAP IS FILLED BUT DOES NOT TOUCH THE STATOR. THE STATOR STAYS STILL AND THE MAGNETS THAT ARE GLUED TO THE INSIDE OF THE OUTER SHELL ROTATE WITH THE WITH THE BLADES. I SHOULD HAVE PICTURES SOON. MUDD

I will send more vids with audio and instructions on vid. my other camera was a $5 dollar cif dual mode cam on web cam setting and holding my laptop at the same time. You had to be there. i just got a new cam.

I see good analization in your Ideas. Try using weights and spring tension in conjunction with each other.

No the tail rotates 360 degrees without touching the blades.
