benchaffleck has it right, You can't see the vehicle. What we are seeing is a bad video catching the exhaust. The vehicle dives, hits the ground then goes airborne again, then crashes, exploding. I know some die hards will never believe this explanation, but, unfortunately, the only sense that this shows a ufo crashing is that the vehicle cannot be identified because of the poor qualify of the video.

Obviously this is an advanced rocket or missile. You only see the exhaust flame. During the first contact with the surface (at 0:02), the angle is such that the missile does not explode but bounces off. At the end (at 0:12) the angle is too steep to bounce off, so the missile explodes. Another ufo explained.

If this video is real, then it shows the UFO first attemting to avoid crashing into the ground (you can see the course corrections), but this is only partially successful, and the crew may have been killed or knocked unconscious by the impact, so it crashes out of control for the second time.

I doubt if this video is fake, but without further information about where it came from it is not worth much.
