What's funny for me is that I'm MtF and I also identify as a dyke. I like men, and in a lot of ways I most want to be with guys who identify as dykes, regardless of genitals. i think "queer" has enough room in it for you (or anyone) to be a trans dyke boy. why not? i think only you get to decide that, and sure, some people won't get it, but a lot of people don't get a lot of things. you still get to be your own version of yourself.
On the topic of being a trans male with a "dyke" identity as well, I definitely think you can identify as both. I met someone at a trans/gender varient conference I went to who felt the same way, and he talked about it during the workshop that he did. I also recently was involved with a trans male who is very in touch with his female body... so I think its not something to worry about. If that is what you feel comfortable with, then go with it, and forget those who don't understand. =)
