Today I have Joint Custody, and the Passport is in the State possession.

If my Daughter has to go somewhere say in COLOMBIA we both have to go to court and show the judge the return Ticket, and if there is no dispute than he will ok to give the passport back during the Months.

But if there is a fight than the Judge will not let the passport in the hand of both of us.

Sorry for David that he was not as lucky as I was.

The plane goes to Colombia every Wednesday and Saturday so within a week she was going to leave.

It's a Moral obligation for the Parent to let the child be with grandparents such as Visitation.

NO WAY absolutely is not, NO way either Legally or Morally to let ur child be with ur ex wife Husband, specially in this case where Bruna is dead.

If Bruna was alive today, she would have lost custody of the child. here is the reasons:

1) she cheated. It is illegal to marry another person without divorcing the first husband.

2) she would legally have to Fight Custody casein the State/country where the child was living. by not showing up in court the Judge will award full custody to the other parent who is there.

I totally disagree with USA laws when it comes to Family law's because the law's are not equal between two genders. However u really have to be a total danger to the child and the other parent for the child to be taken away from you completely.

David in no way was a danger to the child, and he supported his family. So the worst case for David here in USA would have been that he only had visitation Rights.

David had Money, so he could have fought and possible have Joint Custody if not Primary.

Bruna, decided to see the child as her Property and just take Him and go far away.

However, usually Grandparents do good things, but in this case like Parents like Daughter seems to enjoy having Fatherless kids.

NO matter what SEAN must be returned to USA, and kept away from his Kidnaper's.

Is not in the best interest of the child to be around Criminals/kidnappers.

I have been in South America, many times. I know is crazy to generalize.

But, I swear to god the MAN there is treated as a Sex object Nothing else.

I am not saying all of them are like that, but those who are not are very few.

If you try to get married with a Latino girl, make sure u know everything. Do not let their innocent looks fool you.

Latino Girls, are very Nationalist, and very few of them do love you and marry you because they love you.

They are very aggressive in general, and they treat the father of the child like nothing but a sperm donor

Look around you, see Most of them have Babies and No fathers around, they do that for the baby citizenship, and the baby when is 18 will give their parents citizenship

I have been in a custody battle with a Girl from Colombia.

She tried the same, she even got somehow in her corrupt country a Colombian passport for my Daughter.

My daughter was Born in USA. She in no way will have a dual citizenship, she can't. Not supposed to.

I have Joint Custody, because I believed that we Both Father/Mother are important to the child.

I would have gone to Brazil wait for the right moment and take my child back, or "kidnap".

I than would have went to USA embassy or hid my child somewhere.

In the process of doing that if I could, I would have killed anyone who tries to do harm to my child. As a Father is my duty to protect my Family.

why can't you believe the kid? he's been living in brazil all his life and doesn't know his biological father, if he has a good life here, why would he want to go live with a stranger (sad to use this word here, but his father is a stranger to him). well, it's not the same thing, the example you gave is of you kidnapping my child, a total stranger. this is in-house custody battle, it wasn't a stranger that took his son away from him, it was his mother. it would be legal (in US law), for a mother or father to take their child after the couple separated before any custody battles. only once a custody hearing is done can one have full custody over the other. a custody hearing was never made.

I am assuming you meant to say Primary custody. If that is the case than the Non-custody Parent have visitation Rights such as up to 6 days a Month.

Being a Primary Custody Parent does not mean you can do anything you want. The Primary custody has to have permission from Non-custodial Parent to take the child 100 miles away from Residence,or have to go back to court to have the judge approve it
