途中ネコ戦士に当たって死ぬのは

死亡時にひとつ前の部屋からリスタートする仕様を利用したワープ­です。

その為にいちど先の部屋に入ってからすぐ戻っています。

Whoa, man. It's just awesome game :)

I played it in my childhood and couldn't complete it.

There are some fatal traps such as one-way elevators to the next floor where is a door and you don't have needed key. Or elevators into the water without waterbreath. Or elevators that crush blocks that you need.

Only Reset helps :) Yesterday I comleted it using deaths and saves (played emulated version on PC)

this version is a peice of cake compared to castle excellent on the MSX!! this is like a joke. i finished it all in one day....the msx one nearly made me commit suicide O_O

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I have this game!!! It's in storage along with the original console:) The last time I played it; into the wee hours of the morning, I travered the castle and made it to the princess 6.5-hours running time only to be 1-Red key short:( That was the last time I ever played it:( The video looks like the entire sitting, but for I was under the delusion that one had to figure out each of the 100-rooms? 1 day I'll try again?

I have never seen this version, I have only seen "castle" in MSX (they did not sell that console here in the US) I had it when I was a child and lived overseas. This looks more advanced, you can actually kill enemies, in the original you can't, unless you drop a brick structure on them which is a rare chance.
