Here's the thing, it's not just the corporate executives who get ahead. ANYONE who chooses to look for means, knowledge and peers aside from what is offered to the masses has the ability to do better than the average person. It's not based on culture or class, it's based on those with determination, independent thought and fortitude to ask the important questions like "why" and "how" instead of making excuses for "why not."

I'm definitely interested in this type of stuff, so I'll make an effort to follow your links. I'm not African American, but I'm still a minority, & I'm currently trying to open my mind to the ideas of eastern wisdom. What you said about the teachings of Yoga interest me the most. I don't know if you ever watch David Icke's videos, but he got me into a lot of this stuff. He believes that he experienced a Kundalini, & these type of things tend to inspire me lately.
