The sculpture is beautiful. And the Sullivan's did an exemplary job in photography and film. I can't tell which I like better? Artists in all 3 fields!!
If you are true in mind and spirit, God will help you realize your fullest potential.
It is the same when I work with wood, although my works are not worthy of any recognition, they still come out good by my standards if I just try to do my best, realizing that the plan first conceived may change and accepting that fact. For the most part the change in plan is for the best.
beautiful...but are you sure the hole wasn't a fill? it's o.k.if it was... because an artist can also repair the unintended damage. its' call "art 2".
Very special Carrara. the quarry is now closed, was called Cava Vecchia, it was a big cave opened by the Romans on the road up from Carrara to Torano. Special because of gold warm white and fine crystals.
As I watched this movie,I felt as though the figures were struggling to emerge from the stone and you reached in and helped them step out. I work in wood. As this was once alive,I can understand how it can glow again with life as it is carved. But how you can make flesh out of stone amazes me!
wow. i could only dream of being that talented.

The Michael Angelo of CNC. I would be proud if I could just mill out a halfway decent 3d sign. Was that piece sold or is it on display somewhere?

The hole in the head was no accident.

Absolutly brilliant, it must of taken so much dedication and work! I think the new head looked better than the chipped one.
