Yep. almost all alchemy skills use nothing but stamina. A select few take mana.

I know this is an old post but you do realize that you need to already have the adv magic normally or know some one who does to even make the crystals right? also they got nerfed hard and don't do much damage any more. Didn't you read earlier posts? people were talking about it already.

lol thats not really alchemy skills u only used advanced magic transfered into alchemy u didnt use the skills like water blast wind blast flamer golem transmutation or atleast an ice mine

Well, they can't use the skill without your help.

The only way to get the crystals required (i think) is to have someone with the spell mana form them.

You need the adv magic or someone with that adv magic, to make the crystals, but mana forming is one skill that works for all three spells

OK, the alchemy crystals are made from this thingimagig skill that extracts your own adv magic and the crystals are tradeable and sellable +.+ That's the advantage.But the bad thing is, the dmg is friggin reduced D:! But still. Check wiki for the thingymagig. Gonna check now...

hm....i don't know if you can make the other alchemy skills.but i do know that you can by the crystals from an npc,you can use alchemy without any adv magic at all,you just can't use the alchemy version of the spell without first having the magic version

Oh yeah, the downside for alchemy thunder/fireball is that its rank F. So Ice Spear alchemy is really useless... it hits so low for me D: . Just get Thunder and Fireball for alchemy, everything else is boring.  Except Golem Transmutation and Rain Casting o -o

Alchemy charges 5 all at once and regular is one at a time. Of course, Alchemy charges slower for an attack, but faster for an overall attack. (1+1+1+1+1<5) in Alchemy. Its like Arrow revolver against ranged attack.

Actually, I used normal thunder because it's stronger than alchemy was at the time. My thunder back then was rank 4, while the crystals came in rank 9.

alchemy thunder is weaker, but only takes 4-6 (depending on crystal quality) seconds to load all 5 charges at once.

regular thunder takes 3.5~5.5 seconds (depending on rank of thunder) to load 1 charge, but is signifigantly more powerful at higher ranks

Alchemy has it's downside it does way less damage than the actual advanced magic

A normal fireball does 1000-5000 after 25 seconds with alchemy in 10 seconds like 500 damage?

Fireball at rank 1 does 2000-3000 after 5 casts at 5 seconds each... as for alchemy the damage increases with greater skill ranks for both the attack skill and the mastery. Alchemy is very viable for team attacks and solo... though each attack with its pros and cons

Thats not an infrablack. Infrablacks dont have kneepads nor the same boots nor the spikes on the back of their heads. He was the first level of dark knight, like a paladin. If he was an infrablack he would be more detailed with vein structures all over his body, and a completly different head, and stronger glow.

The "chaining of the advanced magic is some type of glitch" is not a glitch at all. It is, however, exclusive to monsters. It was implimented to reduce the charge time of Fireball (since of course, you can't expect a monster to stand there charging Fireball for 25 seconds).
