@seo75 ALL the buckets used to spin anyway and were equiped to do-so when first built in the 60s and 70s. They merely turned them off in the early 90s. They would have spent nothing, just looked for and turned the switch on somewhere again. In the 70s, every Kentucky Friend Chicken bucket span. The ones in Kalgoorlie, Joondalup and Beechboro in WA still spin :)
