Hi.The change of lights may cause they darkening that you see in his iris.But his eyes are not a different color nor do they change color from time to time.His eyes are the exact same blue color and his dilated pupil is one of his signatures which he got after a fight (don't know the details,too lazy to search).Search for pictures to compare the eye color (:
