  • good stuff

  • @2cansofbulmers Thanks! glad you liked it.

  • They are called Revear wear. I'm sorry, but I think they are crazy if they didn't want them.

  • @krollab No, these pots are over 60 years old, they passed on and nobody wanted them so I got them.

  • Thank you for the how to. This may sound stupid, but you have the pot and pans I want. Or maybe just the pot you were using looked like the ones I'm trying to find.

  • @krollab They came from my Grandmother, they were the ones nobody else wanted... the copper bottom is nice for better heat transference.

  • That is an admirable dish of bacon renderings.

  • @torchcrafter Thanks for the kind words!

  • Whenever I make bacon, I save the grease. Later when I'm hungry again, I put the grease into a deep fryer to make bacon-flavored cheese sticks.

  • @SomeNightElf Cool, thanks for sharing that! I will have to play around with that, sounds dang tasty!

  • I always did like George Foreman , man that tomato and bacon sandwich looked good too...nice...!!!

  • @bowhunter2439 Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! Ya, he had to come back because he spent all his money on charity, and he kicked butt the second time around too! Cooks got to eat while cooking up that much bacon, glad you enjoyed the sandwich nothing like a nice big slice o tomato!

  • @bowhunter2439 thats why your 350 pounds. thanks for teaching other fat ass people to use bacon grease, we're already the fattest country.

  • @DontDoDrugsSmokeHERB if u dont like it, then dont watch the video. very simple

  • I'll take a spoon full of that!!! looks good!!!

  • @TheVittleVlog Lol, I guess we have our squeeze of bacon now!

  • @coco37zz Thanks, and savings! hehe Thank you for the nice comment!

  • That was some nice looking Bacon! My Grandma also had a can of grease on the counter.

  • @powerplantop Thanks, it is my fav way of cooking it and it just dawned on me it would not be to hard to get the impurities out of the grease catch! Funny thing Grandma kept it in a crisco container, I went to the store this year to buy some lard and found out it is all veggie oil! I have no choice but to save money and make it myself... Glad you enjoyed the video!

  • @JimboJitsu I can still get lard where I live but the wife looks at me funny when I even look at the stuff. I have a new cast iron wok waiting for me at home. I plan to season it with bacon grease.

  • that bacon grease looks marvelous ...thumbs up from hallsyskitchen

  • @HALLSYSKITCHEN Thanks my friend, glad you enjoyed it! I also saw a video on using bacon grease for an oil lamp... who knew!

  • This brings back old times I bought my father the vary first George and he got so excited when he saw it and said that's that aju maker lol and to the day he still has one and that fat goes back on his food & taters & bread lol Great job bringing back some great ol times -Jason

  • @2024JayZ Thank bro, I did some research and found out that just 50 to 100 years ago the majority of the world kept lard and used it on bread. I thought that was odd, but have always believed in the benefits of natural products. I also learned it is the % of oils in your diet compared to your climate that is bad for you and heart disease has increased in the past 60 years since people stopped eating lard! Taters friend in bacon grease!mmmmmmmm Thanks for the kind words, am very glad you liked!

  • Gotta stop watching your videos late at night. Now i'm hungry!!

  • @angelwings500 popcorn? celery sticks? lol I do tend to watch cooking shows while I eat now days, I know what you mean my friend!

  • ...Hot beacon grease over greens....yummy...!

  • @yedon68 mmmm, sounds good thanks for the reminder!

  • Excellent video! Reminds me that I really ought to be saving everything from the drip pan under the grate. Yes, I'm guilty!

  • @slyflight Lol, that might take a bit of processing to get pure... The foreman appeared to be the easiest device for the process, a bit of oil here and there but not to bad... and after a year of doing this it will have paid for itself too! Oh, I love being frugal!

  • awesome. like, omg.

  • @wijgego Thank you for the kind words, glad you enjoyed it!

  • It is better for you too! Lard is much better on the body than shortening or other processed oils. Love your videos by the way lol! Thanks for sharing!

  • @auntcc1968 I know... I did the research and found it is the % of oils in your daily diet that is good or bad and that all the other good, bad, ugly are just spawned from the commercials for the artificial products... either way I have been using butter for about 20 years now and am starting to including lard, something I can't purchase! Thanks, glad you enjoyed the video!
