As he's perusing the meat counter, he mentions buying a 4-4 1/2 lb chicken to cut up, but when he deposits them in the back, he lists 4-5 lb of pieces. Wouldn't the cavity weigh enough to take it down to just under 4 pounds?

@flavioateo Just makes it tastier to see where it comes from. I loved meat more after a year working at the campus slaughterhouse and killing steer and hogs myself.
