What training does Gia do off-ice?

[Kokotakis]

@135india Not that much. She usually works on 2A (double Axel) with her coach off ice for about 20 min once per week. She is on a basketball team, a volleyball team and a soccer team at her school and practices for whichever of those sports is in season each day at school. They also work on core strength at school in PE. Gia attends a private school that puts a great deal of emphasis on athletic development in addition to academic development.

How often does Gia get her skates sharpened ?

@Laurenmnn Every three weeks but she has Paramount blades which need sharpening less than other blades, or so they tell me.

How do you make the videos look so clear? Do you have someone to professionally film it, or do you own some special camera? Please reply, I'd really like to have my performances look as clear on camera as Gia's

@IceSkateLove These are all professionally done at the competitions and recitals for a fee, usually $40 each.
