What are you using for the DC power source? Did you have to build a custom 12 volt power supply? I bet that thing goes through batteries like crazy :-)

I use a sealed lead acid gel battery. Manufacturer is Sonnenschein / Exide. Now it lasts more than 15 years. For recharging I use a regulated DC power supply ( 14.4 Volts )

I work in shipping and it's loud where i'm at and i bring my sanyo 25watt radio in and it's ok, but not great, but a coworker brought in a kaboom box and it sounded better, but still didn't project like i'd like to hear

i built one similar to that, but not so fancy. It is a car stereo with built in 5 band equalizer tape deck and 120 watt car amp with 105 watt 6x9 it only has 2 speakers. nice job
