I met him at ahigh school rodeo in Casper in 1999 or 2000. What a friendly and modest man. He was working the chutes with all the other guys. He was never to good to work like the rest of us. Rest in Peace Chris.

bein from the uk i had never heard of chris, untill i got curious about him when i heard his name in a garth brooks song.
I have never listened to a better singer/song writer. had to send off to the states for his cd's, and i am so pissed off i have only disscovered him now after he has gone. I have passed his muic onto friends and have not had any response less that BRILLIANT.makes this limey wanna be a bare back rider :)

I love country music especially this song, I'm not stupid I received a bachelors and masters from the University of Texas in Austin, live in Houston now, AND DRIVE A lINCOLN. Some of us just have better taste than you. PS Did you know this artist had passed
