@TheCelticThunderFan1 well, i dont know the diffrence now.. but before. sorcerer's had more many, they could cast faster, but... they are very limited to spells, unlike the wizard were u can have all the spells u want, but ur cast time is more, and u have less mana.
It's free to play. It has a cash shop kind of setup for some race/class combos and a few other things. You can play to end game without spending anything though.
I haven't messed with it much since I made the video because I couldn't convince any of my friends to try it out, so went back to the games they where still playing.
when I finish signing up and click submit. it brings me to this screen that wants me to choose to playe lord of the rings online or dungeons and dragons online. when I click ddo it brings me back to the sign up page. I don't know what to do about this? any suggestions?
I'm still in the process of trying it out. The graphics aren't great, about the same as WoW graphics, but maybe the gameplay will be awesome. I just started trying it out last night so I'll come back with an opinion of it soon. Hopefully it's fun :)
@nicholsml What?! Lol really? WoW has little kid graphics like a bad animated movie or something. DDO has pretty good graphics compared to most and compared to WoW? Way better if you ask me bro.
@AFSxAFI Actually both games have about the same polygon count. I haven't read up on it recently though. Sure WoW has an exaggerated style but that's part of it's allure. Also WoW renders particles better.
They both have decent graphics, and it's hard to compare the two because one goes for a drab realism and the other goes for a more stylistic rendering.
The dynamic lighting in both games is awful though, when compared to something like the source engine.

I'm still in the process of trying it out. The graphics aren't great, about the same as WoW graphics, but maybe the gameplay will be awesome. I just started trying it out last night so I'll come back with an opinion of it soon. Hopefully it's fun :)
