Use black soft kohl eyeliner (any one will do but it needs to be soft, if you have a black kohl pencil that isn't soft then warm it up between your thumb and finger and try it on the back of your hand to make sure it's blending smoothly).

Use this along the line where the bottom lashes are, smudge it underneath with an eyeshadow sponge or a cotton bud.

On the top eyelash line use a black liquid liner (if you can, they are fiddly!) and run this along from inner eye to outer.

Add at least 2 coats of mascara to both top and bottom lashes. If you want extra definitniton use fake lashes (the individual ones are cool, you can add as few or as many as you like then).

She may have a pale eyeshadow colour, like shimmery gold or cream, Benefit, Collection 2000 (if on a budget) and Rimmel all do great ones so you could start the whole look off by sweeping this accross your top eyelid crease and under your eyebrow arch. Pixie also has well grommed eyebrows!
