Very good recipe but I would add the sesame oil at the last. I guess you can make the same with fish or prawns with the appropiate cooking time and put red and green chilis instead of pepper.

@holymoutain : Yes, we use a lot of sweet kecap manis. Some even goes way to far with it :) ex: pizza + sweet soya sauce :P
