My Steelix is a staller. (Replacement for my shuckle which sucks.) Ability is sturdy. Item is leftovers. Moves are Protect, Aqua Tail, Rock Slide, Earthquake. Almost the same as this one. 252 ev's to sp. defense.

if steelix can learn stone edge, teach it to your steelix along with thunderfang, earthquake and iron tail

Explosion (for emergencies)

Iron Head (tough move for finishing off)

Earthquake (LAZOR TO THE GROUND!)

Thunder fang ( for those annoying water types)

You should really get rid of Double-edge, since I can see that your Steelix doesn't have Rock Head. Perhaps replace it with Gyro Ball?

this announcer sounds like it doesn't really matter what happens, but still trying to sound like he cares.

I'm a very big Steelix user, i carry 5 in my party lol for a sturdy abiltity replace it with a fang like thunder fang fire or ice, protect is good if its defense is lower then 400 but if not use another fang for a counter move like thunder for water pokemon have iron head for a steel its a very useful move many won't agree though earthquake well every Steelix needs that or earth power if its specail is higher then its attack hope this helps out

@Budgiegirl751 Oh sorry for the delay but Adament is a good nature for a Steelix his Sp. Def. isn't lowered even though it still sucks but teach it Iron head for its accuracy Iron tail misses too much and earthquake for power on eletrics with their speed thunderfang for waters and firefang for the bug and grass types
