I think people are mistakingly blaming the guitar as being out of tune for the backing vocals in the choruses. That backup vocal is definitely off, whether it be tonality or pitch... it ruins B's awesome lead vocals here.

Those of you complaining about the key change: I've seen the song performed live, acoustically in the original key, and it was flawless. Brendon has NO problems hitting the notes. In a performance two days before this, he had almost completely lost his voice, so I assume they lowered the key so he wouldn't strain his voice any further. Quit talking shit when you don't know the facts. Oh, and that guitar is NOT out of tune.
