  • Great music to play in protest of the United North America, and the New World Order!!!!!! Or at any other time. :)

  • I saw them a month ago at the PA Ren Faire. It was amazing :)

  • I don't care if the songs sound the same. I'm an American Scot and I'm proud and I LOVE Albannach!! I couldn't have picked a better culture to be born from and of greater music. Sorry folks, but when your nations most famous instrument is a bonafide weapon of WAR you can't lose :D

  • one word: intimidating

  • HERE WE GOOOOO!

  • by all holy hell if i heard them comin at me in war i'd shite ma pants

  • @randomcreations1 It's a Bodhran.

  • They are not songs, they are tunes!! You obviously don´t know that the bagpipes have only one octave and is a legato instrument. Putting all that into account, its amazing what good pipers can produce. @ Lehman108, the drummer only has two drums, not a complete drum kit, so he is obliged to emphasise the return of the natural pulse......... Lost you? dont worry about it

  • every song is the same one over and over again

  • That's Jamesie Johnston. He used to play in Clann An Drumma.

  • the long haired drummer is amazing...my friend is crazy about him!

  • Oh sure, then why do people love them so much and go beserk when they hear them play. From my perspective, you are just another critic that has no friggin' idea what he is talking about.

  • bagpipe's player neck is disgostous

  • It looks like a frog's neck.

  • I guess thats why they call him Froggy. Its true

  • @Yakushii That's why they call him "Bullfrog".

  • The only thing that is disgostous is you my friend. Question. Can you play the pipes. If so, cool. If not, just shut up please.

  • I love this band, so cool! Gives you chills!

  • i need this in my truck, so the next time someone thunders 'crap'...errr rap at me? i can FIRE BACK with this, humiliate them, and watch them slink off on there 22' rims, QUIETLY.!!!!!!

  • hahaha...that would make a hilarious commercial...kinda reminds me of a "Weeds" episode I saw...I feel ya!

  • @jrb51055 try using two boston SPG-555s on a kicker zx2500.2, that way you know they cant drown it out with lil wayne. That'd be terrible.

  • America Loves You Albannach!!

  • Monumental!

    Thank you from Canada!

  • Monumental!

    Thank you from Canada!

  • saw them in edinburgh, they were just performing in a park and the audience was huuuuuge

  • Edinburgh is a brilliant place, isn't it.

  • This is awesome! I've never seen them at faire will have to make sure I do this year. Ty for posting!

  • I can dance to that! LOL! and love to, and so do dem ladies! love celtish festivals. hails from brazil.

  • every time i hear one of there songs i feel like dancing even though i dont know how

  • outlawed tunes.. i hope they dont get caught..... lol

  • outlawed tunes my arse, I doubt ancient scots dressed or played drums like this.

  • they did the night before a battle or else after a victory...well some clans did lol

  • they were at the barra fest this year )2 days agow) they r f'ing amazing

  • Was this at the PA Ren Faire?

  • yes. last year. I wasn't able to make it to their performance this year :( :(

  • @MbgFire2067 has to be.

  • Saw Clann An Drumma before the big split. They were amazing! They literally made the ground rumble!

  • I wish I could see them once.

  • Albannach, Clann An Drumma, Clandonia, they all get the hairs standing on the back of your neck when you see them live.

    Alba Gu Brath

  • F-ING Amazing band!!! Decent vid, but seeing them live will blow you away. They played the last weekend at MD Renn Faire a got standing ovations and packed crowds for every show. I'm sold on them :-)

  • I wish the vid had not ended so abruptly...audio is fine, vid is lagging

  • WHO???jamsie or kyle

  • Is it just me or is the soloist really rushing the drums? It could be something with the audio maybe

  • ROCK ON ALBANNACH !!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you so much for your music and your energy and DON'T GO AWAY, MAKE THAT BEAUTIFUL SOUND FOREVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • i saw these guys the other night at my college.... completely amazing, bought the cd, and in the last two days have about already worn the bloody thing out. love them!

  • Now that's ROCK'n, the Scottish way!

I have NEVER seen anyone quite like the rock dude, he's AWESOME! That guy needs an agent.

  • To say they used to be called Clann An Drumma is only half the story they had a not too amicable split with Joe McKenzie he took the CAD name and the memders left became "Albannach" whilst Joe got new memebrs so another Clann An Drumma was born

  • this is true.. but when you listen to the stuff that Joe McKenzie plays, it just doesn't have the same flare, spunk or attitude

  • saw them at the Faire. they were amazing.

  • I saw these guys in Edinburgh last summer great music!

  • 5 from a Clan An Drumma groupie. :)

  • Noo, the drumma groupie is a family man, soo he canna play in Scotland, only on US gigs, do ya ken? :P

Seriously, the gent on the far left lives in the US with his family and joins the band for US tours.

  • true Davey does live in the US, but before he was married, he was in Scotland with them... and they were previously called Clann An Drumma.

  • Albannach is amazing, especially Aya Thorne!

  • Something primal about these group. Just love 'em!
